Can a 26 year old white male sue a commenwealth,adoption agency,or parents for emotional abuse and neglecte?It was only after i started reading psy. That i figured what was going on.I do not know weather this information will help,but i feel prest to tell it.Iwas born in 1976 to a very young gril 14 or 15.I suppose her and her parents were unable to rise me.Untill i was 4 yaers old i remained in foster homes,then my grandfather called one of his children from a previous marraige,to ask if they wanted me.They tried twice to have there own,but were unable.please help me i have no medical insurance and cant keep a job.after 5 years with them they divorced,and regretted getting me.i have alot more details PLEASE HELP ME.

If it were actual sexual abuse or molestation

that you were now alleging had occurred while

you were in the care and control of the foster

parents and/or agency, you might have a case.

However, I don't believe emotional abuse and/or

neglect would be enough to bring a case in

the Commonwealth.
