Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

i am 16 years old, my mom is bipolar and she is mental.. i live with my dad who isnt on my birth certificate.. she lies on me and its so annoying. she needs to go to tuckers (which is a place for crazy people... what are my rights because i dont know

You claim you now live with your dad and your mom "is mental" and that "she lies on me and its(sic) so annoying".

Sounds to me like you have some further growing up to accomplish before

you make a decision as to where your mother "needs to go".
