abandonment and divorce
My husband left me a letter stating he wanted a divorce. He then packed several bags and left the house. I have not seen or heard from him in over a week.
If he comes back, do Ihave any rights to keep him out of the house? and or can I change the locks at this point?

Unfortunately you cannot keep him out of the house if he chooses to return unless you file a motion for exclusive use and possession of the house, which you would most likely be awarded.
