Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Absent parent (incarcerated) since 2004 until 2015 of 2 multiple disabled children. Long criminal history (i.e. possession/distribution of drugs, assaults {domestic}).....can I terminate his parental rights?

Possibly, but the court would likely appoint a special attorney (committee)

to represent him if he chose to contest your proposed termination of his

parental rights.
