Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Abuse, fraud, neglect, custody, termination of parental rights
Is using the children's names to commit welfare fraud, SSN's to commit tax fraud, and abuse documented in a Social Service home study, combined with a very poor record of showing up for visitations enough to get ex's visitation stopped or her parental rights terminated?

Re: Abuse, fraud, neglect, custody, termination of parental rights
These are mere allegations on your part--an
obviously aggrieved parent--and would never be considered seriously by a family court in an action to terminate the other parent's parental rights or, possibly, to curtail this parent's right of visitation---until they could be proven,
and, even then, these charges alone, even if proven, would not necessarily be sufficent basis for the court to either terminate the other parent's parental rights or visitation.
