Accident and Custody

In 6/2003 I had a fender bender. The guy who pulled out in front of me got the ticket and I had my boyfriends grandson w/me. No one was injured and my boyfriend had total custody of the child at the time. Now he shares part custody with his daug. She is now trying to tell me that I am the cause of the childs epilospy, can she come after me legally?

Sure, this apparent golddigger could come after you, legally. The more pertinent question, however, would inquire as to her chances of winning such a suit against you.

I would gauge those chances to be virtually nil. (Howver, it might not be a bad idea for you to go shopping for another boyfriend----with more congenial relatives.)
