Accused of Stalking by wife
My son's estranged wife has filed a restraining order and charges of stalking against him. This occured one week after custody/visitation was mediated and wife did not get sole custody as she wanted. Son's job is working a street sweeper over night and he has seen his wife on several occasions out with the man she was having affair with when marriage ended. (this is not your normal 10-11pm timeframe, this is 2:30, 3am) Her parents are apparently watching my granddaughter when she is out and about. She has claimed that son tried to run her off road with sweeper truck and
then took pictures of her with boyfriend. SOn says that while she did pull out in front of him in her car, he never chased her down- she even slowed to the point where he passed her and then went to his next site. He did see her again later making out with boyfriend and took pictures,
for proof of adultery for divorce. She is trying to get him locked up and lose his job..what recourse does he have?

Re: Accused of Stalking by wife
If your son's wife has filed for a civil protection order (CPO) and charges of stalking
against your son, these are serious matters, and he will need to retain an attorney to defend against them.
