Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

i was adopted as a child and would like to have my biological father's name placed back on my birth certificate? we have paid an attorney previously, but only my birth name was placed on the birth certificate, my adopted father's name is still on there. How can i fix this?

You might want to check with the attorney whom you paid to have

this change on your birth certificate effected to determine why it

hasn't happened. (But if you get an answer at all, it's likely that

it'll be one that you don't want to hear---in my opinion.)
