Can an adult living in another country claim unpaid child support for their own or would it go to the parent that had custody at that time?

Probably depends upon how the support order reads (or could be

reasonably interpreted). The fact that one of the claimants now happens to

be living in another country would likely have no relevance at all to the issue

(in my opinion).
