Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am an adult now, however my mother never received child support due to the fact that my father changed his name to avoid the system finding him and associating him with this misspelling, Is there anything I can do as an adult to recover anything before he passes or leaves it to his long time live in partner

No, I don't believe there is since a valid court order for child support

was apparently never entered in your behalf and therefore no collectible

arrearages could have accrued that could now be subject to

enforcement action.
