adultery

I would like to know what the laws are on adultery? My husband and I are looking to get a divorce but he has committed adultery and I would like to know what I can do.

You would likely be well advised to arrange for a consultation with an attorney who is appropriately knowledgeable and experienced in the domestic realtions laws of the Commonwealth and who can advise you, accordingly, after reviewing the relevant facts and evidence in your particular situation..

Chances are, however, that you will be better advised to pursue no-fault rather than fault grounds for any divorce action which you may later choose to initiate.
