Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Adultery Laws -- Need help ...

I am currently involved with a woman who is going through a divorce. She is divorcing her husband on grounds of adultery. We are both interested in becoming intimate in our relationship, but she is worried that her "soon-to-be-ex" could use it against her in some way. They do not have a property settlement agreement (pending) and she's already been awarded custody of her child. Does he have a foot to stand on? Thanks.

Intimacy between a custodial mother and a non-related party is frowned on by the courts. The "foot to stand on" he has is custody of the child. Don't jeapordize that by intimacy. A custody award can be changed by the court for anything seeming to be reasonable to the court.
