Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I need advice on what to say to Legal Aid when I call them tomorrow my husbands oldest sister has been a pain in our lives last 2 years we have been married she was power of attorney and still wont s to control his money well in September this year I went to Social Security and got payee representative.

I m sorry my husband is disabled and I have a 23 year old special needs daughter well she comes gets him earlier this month before Thanksgiving and takes him to Social Security and now she is payee this is so wrong he has a mental inpairment and she is just using him she only wont s his money always has.

He is not going to have things like with me but he cannot see it I even wont to know should I stay in the marriage because the stress and worry is to much for me I take care of him not her.

If your husband most recently voluntarily gave this sister such POA (Power of Attorney) and

was mentally competent at the time and now refuses to rescind it, I doubt that

there's much you (or Legal Aid, for that matter) can do about it, other than, perhaps,

take the matter into the appropriate Virginia court to challenge your husband's mental

competence to manage his own financial affairs and the validity of this POA which he's given to his oldest sister.
