At what age can a child say they do not want to have visitation with a biological parent?

There is no such particular age recognized in Virginia law---as far as I am aware.

The desire of a child regarding whether or not he/she desires visitation is only one factor a judge will review when determining best interests of child and whether any substantial changes have
occcured since the last court order.
