Separation agreement from 1991 did not identify time limit of alimony payment, how can I stop paying if ex-wife will not agree?

File motion with the court requesting order for termination of alimony for the good and sufficient reasons specified in the motion.(First and foremost which is likely the passing of some 16 years during which you've been paying. Most alimony these days lasts no more than 10 years.)
