Allegations by DSS

I have been battleing DSS for years over minut things. While out to sea, they came and took them away because my live-in sitter locked my daughters in their room one night. Now they are refusing to give them back. Judge deemed I make to much money to have a court appointed atty, yet hubby got to keep his. How do I fight them without the money to pay up front for an atty? The military won't provide for this situation. What is wrong with a working mother, and a work from home father? How can I keep my kids from being coerced into saying things?
