Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Allimony from my husband

If I am unemployed as I am, how will this effect getting the aliimony

compared to if I were employed?

I need reference to statutes to use

to verify to the judge.. as he appeared to be very against me at the hearing today...for no apparent reason...and I wish to appeal this hearing result. It was unfavorable to me, and I felt the judge was very prejudice...against me, and women in general; must work fast.

he said there was just ONE day to do an appeal is this true?

Re: Allimony from my husband

One day for an appeal? Not hardly. If the matter was in J&DR Court, you have 10 days to note your appeal; if circuit court, 30 days.
