What should be done to begin to amend a divorce that has already taken place?

A divorce that has alrady taken place, more than 21 days since the judge signed the final decree, is not amendable. (If the divorce incorporated a Property Settlement Agreement[PSA], parts of that might be modifiable with the agreement of both parties, but otherwise not.)
