How do i amend child support and spousal support .. my wife takes 80 percent of my pay now and child lives with me.. i cant get legal assistance and now i cant afford a lawyer because wife gets it all. Daughter is 17 and will be 18 in 4 months .. wife has worked for 18 years and she has cheated so many times and ive always let her back because of yhe kids now i have moved on and shes vendictive and is jealous . That im finally happy. I pay over 5300.00 between spousal and childsupport. Also wife quit at valley health because privacy officer had complaints of karla taking pills at work and put medical records of my friend all over our town..

The child support should terminate by law when your daughter turns age 18 (unless
you're further obligated under the terms of your divorce to continue to pay for her further education or training up to ages 22 or 23).
As for your spousal support obligation, since I have no idea as to what its
terms may be, I can't offer an opinion on it. (You would seem well advised, nevertheless, to at least arrange for a consultation with an attorney who is appropriately experienced and knowledgeable concerning Virginia domestic relations matters and who should be able to advise you on this as well as related issues, accordingly.)
