Any way to amend the temporary custody order that the judge ordered. ? My husband trying to say I'm unfit. My husband s gf got an extortion charge on me. False charge and ill get that dropped in january.he is draggn my son from house to house with out a jacket..now my son has strep throat. N bruises. The father leaves our son with his mother all the time. He doesn't even want our son. Jus doesn't want to pay me child support. I want my son with me most of the time help! It would be best if ihe was with me. We only went to court once. We are in va. My trial date isn't until febuary 17th. But lord only knows what will happen to my son from now and then...

most likely not happen until the next scheduled hearing in the matter

before the same judge who entered this temporary order.
