Annulling a Divorce

Is there such a thing as having a divorce annulled? or at least the judgement of divorce reversed?

Married and divorced in MD now living in VA

Re: Annulling a Divorce

No, once a divorce is finalized and entered as a final decree, it cannot be annuled.(Marriages can be annuled but not divorces.)

Nevertheless, it may be possible to reopen a divorce and have it again placed before the court to review and amend those parts of the decree which, perhaps, are seriously in error due to mistake or fraud and are therefore in need of serious correction.
