what is the time limit for having a marriage annulled in the state ,and the reason`s that are excepted by marriage law`s.

There is no time limit for an annulment. You can

find the laundry list of reasons for annulment

under S20-89.1 of the Virginia Code(Chapter six

of Domestic Relations)under the Virginia government website.
