annulment of divorce

i live in va. and i just found out that i was married may 1 and the judge did not sign my husband's divorce decree untill may 4. am i legally married because i want to end this union,can you help me

Sec. 20-38.1 of the Code of Virginia indicates that a marriage entered into before one of the spouses' prior marriage has been properly dissolved, is an illegal marriage and void or voidable under the law of the Commonwealth.
