Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Annulment in US Tribal Court

I was recently married and am seeking an annulment through a site found on the web, operating out of Nevada. They will help me annul the marriage and have sent paperwork indicating the court as a US Tribal Court. Will this annulment be valid?

Re: Annulment in US Tribal Court

If you're seeking a valid annulment and you're a bonified Virginia resident, your recourse should be filing the proper papers in a Virginia Court, based upon one of the legal grounds for annulment which are outlined in Section 20.89.1

of the Code of Virginia-------and not with some

alleged tribal court in Nevada which you've found on the Internet and which will end up taking your money and provide you with little more than worthless documentation in return.
