Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

How do I appeal a J&DR Child Support Ruling?

A substitute judge didn't include SSDI payments to children in disabled father's income, which reduced the amount of child support. He also refused to include private school tuition for a child who had been enrolled in private school for 4 years prior. Is this worth appealing?

Hard to say without knowing how much of a difference these items might have made.

You have 10 days from the date of the J&DRDC ruling to note your appeal.
