Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am applying for a job in which, my wife's sister's husband works for the same company. Is there any legal relation between us? They are stating that we are Brothers-In-Law!! Is this correct or not??

No, the husband of your wife's sister would be your wife's brother in law rather than your brother in law. (If you had a sister who was married, this man would be your brother in law.)
