I am in arreage on child support due to being incarcerated and i was told while incarcerated on a felony in va i only pay 65.00 a month, is this true?

No, it is not true, if you had a previous order in effect which was never formally modified to $65 per month. (Such a modification does not

happen automatically merely because you are incarcerated, i.e.,

papers must be filed with the court requesting it.)
