arrears on child support
My wife and I are going to close on a hose in oct of this year. The house will not be in my name only my wife and her father. Can the state of va put any leans or anything at all on the house to collect arrears on child support that I am disputing

No, DCSE cannot encumber the property owned by your father and wife with liens for child support arrears owed only by you and for which they have no responsibility.
