I have asked my husband to leave the residence because he is still seeing the other woman. He refused. What can I do. He has committed adultery with this person while he abandoned his family for 3 months.

You could file papers in your local circuit court, requesting temporary (pendente lite) support and maintenance from your husband and that you be awarded the right to soley occupy the marital home.
