assault and batter who is a household member

me and my wife got into a argument she pushed me out the way

i grabbed her hair and pulled her to me and broke her

cell phone in the process she got a warrant out for me for this and they arrested me just on her word she was not hurt

in anyway should i take a warrant out on her for pushing me

that is assault in va i dont want to get in trouble for this

she is using this as a way out of our marriage and to try

making me look bad i told the cop that we just had a argument do i need a lawyer for this any info on this would

be nice im not like her and dont want to play the lying game but want to figure out what i need to do ,thanks

You should have competent defense counsel to represent you in this domestic violence matter
