Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Assets Omited in Property & Separation Agreement

Over a decade ago, my ex filed for a divorce. He had his lawyers draw up a property & Separation agreement. I had a nervous breakdown so I don't recall everything about the divorce but I remember being pressured into signing a bunch of papers. Then, I later saw documents of an amended separation agreement- totally different from the one that I signed- omitting our family residence. Due to illness and severe depression which I have very little documentation, I haven't taken this back to court. I am somewhat better and want to know if I can go back into court and ask for a review the ommission of the home since we both are already divorced and time has passed. Also, in that contract his lawyers worded it in a way which prevents me for asking for child support. CSE has tried to collect payments since 1998 my ex continues to say that I signed away our son's right to child support. The case was in circuit court and now it has been handed down to Juvenile Domestic Relations Court. I'm waiting for CSE to file the paperwork. I'm wondering if I should start the paperwork myself since almost 3 months has passed since our last hearing. I'm disabled so it's very important that the other parent help out in the care of this child in some way.
