Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I was awearded sole & legal legal custody of m.y daughter with a continued hearing for th until june 25. Mother was ordered by judge to get psychological evaluation &tohas not complied. The guardian at lidem assigned to case is not doing her job visitation s have resulted in chronic &u pervasive disturbing behavior. I filed a motion for emergency hearing but was .denied. How can i legally get a new gal assigned &to stop these harmful visits. Court is RIC JUV & DOM RELA

You likely will now have to wait until the scheduled June 25

hearing to make your case to the judge for the replacement of this guardian ad litem (my opinion).
