Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My babies daddy want custody of our 2yr old son. I left his dad when i was charged it assault for pushing him in the chest with my shoulder. The police said they would call CPS. I left, he brought my son and other 2 kids to me. I never went back. Have currently moved on. He's no longer able to see my son due to my son coming back from his dads with a yeast infection. (mouth and private) He said "you have the cream" what he couldn't buy some.....I have full custody of my other 2 kids..5boy 6girl..We live in a house 4 beds. All kid have their own room. We are fiancially successful thanks to my fiance. I do work but he makes the money i run my own business. I'm at home 99.8 perc. of he time with my kids. DADDY lives with his brother in a 2 bed. 2 pitt bulls, pays 800+ in child support for a 12 year old daughter he has nthing to do with. Has no job and soon no car. Do I have a leg to stand on when it comes to me getting custody.??????
