i had a baby 3wks ago she was 10 wks early and still in the hospital and he dad just comes up here and be a dad when it is conviene to him and i have not left since she was born and im not married to childs father but he forced and threaten me into giving child his last name but he has done nothing but cause trouble and be a threat to me and he wasnt there throught my pregancy and now he has threaten to take my baby from me and he says he will not pay child support i want to know what i can do and if there is a way i can change my babys name back to mine even though he signed paternity papers

I would recommend that you contact your local Division of Child Support
Enforcement (DCSE) district office regarding the child support issue.
And, yes, regarding the name change, you may be able to pick up a packet of forms with instructions entitled "Name Change for a Minor Child" from the clerk's office of your local circuit court which explains how to do the name change on your own without engaging the services of an attorney.
