Back Child Support

I live in the state of Virginia and my husband decided to leave my son and I back in August 2005. At the time my son was 17 years old. I have tried unsuccessfully to try and contact my husband to support our child but he wont answer any of my calls. My son is 20 years old and in college. Is there anyway I can get back child support for my son now I have my husband's social and dob.

No, in the absence of a prior order for your son's support, it would now be too late to pursue support since he's already an adult under Virginia law.
