Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have had had my bank accounts frozen, actually now liquidated for child support arrears without notice from Virginia although I am currently paying. I am currently deployed. Is that legal?

Yes, if you've been paying but are still in arrears, it's probably quite legal (my opinion).
