Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

How many bedroom that the state require for single parent.

I live in arlington, va and going through a child custody with my ex husband. I'm planing to have my own place and try to get custody of my 5 yrs old son. I want to know how many bedroom they require to have in order to have a child to live with you. we have joint custody but ex has physical custody.

I know of no such requirements referenced either in the Code of Virginia nor in the ordinances of Arlington County.
