bills i.e. credit cards, doctors

Am I laible for my husbands credit card bills , doctor or any bills in his name only? We are not together.

No, not too likely as long as your husband is still breathing and not occupying space in a nursing home type facility in a persistent vegetative or similar incapacitated stat, and has funds of his own(or access to government entitlements) to pay for his care and maintenance.
