Birth Certificate
In the state of VA, if a father is not listed on the birth certificate and has paid child support (claiming the child) since 03, what legal rights does he have. Is there any staute of limitations in questioning paternity?

No, but the father should petition the local Juvenile & Domestic relations Court to have paternity legally established along with a child support obligation.
