Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I bought a house, then my girlfriend and kids moved in, then we got married. We then split up and I moved out. I told her I would pay the mortgage for 90 days does she have any claim to the house? Her name is not on it, we were married less than a year and the kids are not mine?

It appears the house is your separate property, unless she put substantial time or money into it.
