Bought house w/ parents

2 years before I got married I bought a house with my mom. (she helped with the downpayment, and both of our names are on the loan). Will my wife be entitle to half if we get a divorced??

No, your wife would be unlikely through divorce to get half of this property which you purchased with your mother before you got married, but, however, it is possible that she might well be able to exert some marital claims(s) to it, depending upon the length of the marriage and by virtue of any contributions which she may have made to its maintenance as well as improvement as well as any increase in its equity, if there be any such thing these days.

While it appears to be separate property, giving your wife no claim to it, it may nonetheless be deemed partly marital if: her name is on the deed; or, if marital property was used to pay the mortage. I'd consult an attorney directly to look at this issue in connection with your particular facts.
