Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My boyfriend is currently going though a divorce. His wife agreed to me moving in. They share a son with joint custody. THey have been going through a divorce for 2 years. I found out I am pregnant will this affect there divorce or their son legally?

Not unless the wife of the divorcing spouse moves to amend her complaint

to a fault ground alleging adultery and decides that the domestic circumstances of her husband are such that he should have no share in the custody

of their son.
