Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my boyfriend has an emergency protective order on him, stating that he has harmed my daughter. i do not have one on me. i have a court order saying that my daughters father must return her to me by six. my boyfriend has left the house, and will not return until this issue is resolved. can he keep my daughter form me?

No, not if the boyfriend is not at your house and will at no time be in contact with the child and the child's father knows of this fact.
