Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
when you and your boyfriend split up and you have a kid and he starts legal actions behind your back. then takes her from you and only allows you to see her maybe an hour a day, and you cannot leave his site. also come to find out he been seeing a 16 year old girl. though he denize it they are both staying at his mom's and sleeping in the same bed. what all should i do to get myself prepared for court
