my boyfriends 15yr old daughter is disrespective towards me in the begining, recently got suspended for threatening another student and now she is swearing at me slamming the doors. kicking my front door when she was outside. i have brought this to her father and he can not control her either. there are young children in the housee that I fear she will blow up at them and hurt them including our youngest son that is 13months. what can i do the place we live in is my house and everything is in my name. he is not on the lease. what can i do

Tell the young hooligan that her presence is no longer welcome in your

home until her behaviour vastly improves and that, if necessary, you will petition the local J&DR;court for a restraining order against her to keep her away, which, if she violates, could send her to the local juvenile lockup.

And, then follow through on it, if that's what is required.
