my boys

my boys are 15 there father after 6yrs wants me to pay child support they live with him i get them on tues. thurs. and every other weekend they are twins and one wants to live with me but is afraid he will hurt his dads feelings and are the allowed to make that decision and will they be able to talk to the judge one on one?

The judge will consider the older boys wishes but will ultimately decide the matter based upon a variety of factors which the judge by law is bound to consider.

The six year old's preferences(if there be such) are unlikely to be given any significant weight by the court.
