My brother and his ex wife has split custody of their children. The ex-wife wants the children to visit for Christmas, but the ex-wife's brother will also be there, in which he is a registered pedophile. What can my brother do to protect his daughter's?

Your brother could ask the local court for an emergency hearing to amend the order to ban this

allegedly pedophilic brother from the child's presence. (Your brother, needless to say, will need to be able to present credible proof of this claim to convince the court at any hearing held in the matter that the current custody order should be amended as described.)
