Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Help Please

MY ex called the cops told them I punched her in the lip when i was attempting to see my son in oct. they gave her a pre trial restraining order i went to court she didnt show up they threw it out now she has left and moved to ohio how would i go about getting my son or what can i do to see my son they granted her temporary custody with the restrainin order but all that was thrown out my son turned 2 yesterday and she was here and i didnt even get to see him PLEASE HELP ME

You need to request custody and visitation, etc, and you should hire an attorney to represent you. Good luck.
