What are my chances of getting full custody of my seven year old son? Any advice you can give me will be helpful.
1. His mother has delayed dental and medical treatment on 2-3 occasions.
2. The school he attends is 96% African American. My son is Caucasian. My son said he feels out of place at his school.
3. The crime rate in his mothers zip code is more than double the crime in my zipcode.
4. His Mother has had multiple overnight guests and live in partners of the opposite sex in the last two years.
5. The majority of her friends are mentally disabled and collect social security. They also use illegal drugs. I have a picture of one of her friends smoking marijuana.
6. My son has told me he would prefer to live with me.
