What are the chances of having my wife court ordered to take over a vehicle loan in the event of a divorce? She took out the loan in my name through my bank and stuck me with a $600 a month car payment without my acknowledement at all using a power attorney that I had got for her to set up her military benefits in virginia while I was in California.

Yes, if your are unable to negotiate a settlement of this issue

as part of a Property Settlement Agreement with your wife, then a judge might

order the disposition which you've suggested as part of the equitable distribution

process to distribute between you and your wife all of the marital property incident to your marriage.
